Felt a bit grim in the morning going to gym but figured it was just the early start, but sneezing a lot all afternoon and a bit bunged up, didn’t escape the cold I thought was coming on Tuesday after all.

FVO night league at Stirling Uni
First part of the course round the uni was mostly okay except didn’t see the bridge over the lake on the map so took some suboptimal route choices, and quite messy in some of the circles because I hadn’t read the control description (was folded away) and didn’t know what I was looking for, better in the forest except 17 where I was going to attack from the fence corner but missed it and had no idea where on the path I was (although should have looked at the contours here as well.) Actually looked at my compass a couple of times so at least that was good.

Didn’t pace it very evenly, but got faster through the session so I guess that’s better than going out too hard. Throat a bit dry/chest a bit tight today, hopefully not the start of a cold.

Feeling good, moved up to 70kg on hip thrust and 7kg on SA curl

Managed a few turns at the end once the lane got empty, need to get in closer to the wall
