Easy long run on the seat with EUOC girls and then just Niamh at the end. Knee a bit sore at the start but loosened off and was fine by the end.

Saturday Feb 1 #

Short warm up because of the loo queue, then lots of jogging around while spectating the other races as cool down. Right knee feeling a bit sore by the end.

BUCS XC
Not a great run, started at the back and then went off too hard thinking I needed to be get further forward before the course narrowed, then legs just felt really tired and wasn’t really feeling it so died a bit round the rest of the course. Probably didn’t leave myself enough time to warm up properly either.
