Short sprint course on the Uni of Cumbria I found in Dad’s map file, mainly just to mix up the run, not working super hard. Some new buildings which was a bit confusing and a closed gate, so probably looking at the map a bit too much.

Feeling slow but pushed it a bit on the last 5, then stomach felt really bloated on the last 3 and was a bit of a struggle through the rest. Probably not drinking enough during the day.
