Some fells from Cross of Greet bridge with mum (checking out the route for a Bowland virtual race), i’d never been there before so nice to explore, a bit soggy underfoot and some rough sections across the peat hags but mostly very nice.

Steady round the moor lane route with a diversion round Greaves Park. Stomach feeling a bit bloated in the second half, think I probably drank too much water just before.

Easy Freedman’s Wood. No tape today and still all good. Not sure if it’s the big gap between running in the morning yesterday and afternoon today or just because it was about 10 degrees cooler, but feeling nice and fresh.

Super hot even at 8am, but a decent session, getting consistently further up the hill than last time.
Taped peroneal and seemed totally fine when running.

Too hot for running in the afternoon today and also could feel right peroneal tendon (I think, on the outside above the ankle?) walking around this morning, same place as 2017, so decided to cycle instead. Up past the park onto the mast ridge and then along to the university and back along the A6.
