Valdstejn - Men’s middle distance course from the 2018 World Cup (without controls)
Not going particularly fast but good picture going into the controls, some sub-optimal route choices and a couple of places where I changed my mind part way along the leg, otherwise fairly clean, just need to be more confident in the really complex sandstone pillar sections.

A mixture of brown only, blue only and black only controls. Taking it easy today, pretty straightforward at easy jog/walk pace.

Just chilling round, set my watch to beep every 30 seconds and only looked at the map when it beeped to make it a more useful exercise, took some poor routes from not planning ahead enough but generally pretty good and felt like I knew more what to expect in the circle.

A couple of gaffled loops, although mostly running on my own. Pretty tired by the end, a lot of steep scrambly climbs.

Near Jablonec- Long
A very route choicey long in some green smooth hills, with a lot of path running. Fewer rocks than other areas so probably getting away with being a bit lazy in the circles.

Easy jogging round some gaffled loops, with fairly terrible navigation, a bit too much just leaving the control without a solid plan for the next leg.

Joining the Polish team middle Q at Horni Korenov
Started off fairly smooth in the difficult section, then some easy controls with only one boulder in the circle, messed up 8 even though it was also super easy, and decent to the end.

Slovanka Cup aka local club training
Messed up 1 a bit coming out of the ride, 9 being about 2m away on the wrong side of the boulder and 18 being on the wrong ditch junction. Also on 14 and 17 took the straight route but turns out the path routes were faster.
Vegetation in this area pretty clear, probably using it a bit too much for navigation and not having a good enough picture of the circles so losing time going into the control circle without knowing where the kite would be.

An unenjoyable bash through some green forest, navigation fairly easy because you could see where you wanted to be and it just took ages to get there.
