Paul was doing the Skyline so I needed to fill 3 hours, walked for ~2 hours (up Caerketton, Allermuir, down the side of Castlelaw to the reservoir, Bells Hill, Harbour Hill, Capelaw), then ran for 40 minutes (down the track from Capelaw and along through the golf course and up a stream to Hillend) and had hot chocolate at the cafe to fill the remaining time. A bit too uphill for the planned easy run, but such a nice day to be out.

Back in the gym, although we didn't really get that much done. Still terrible at landing/jumping.

Didn't have time pre/post gym with meetings so this had to wait for the afternoon. A very short jog around the Meadows, feeling good but just keeping it short.
