Easy in Dalkeith Country Park, aiming to focus on compass and especially exit direction. Mostly pretty good, although didn’t find the tapes on a couple of holly bushes (5,13) but there were more bushes than mapped.

Easy Meadows, with a break in the middle for drills and strides with the EUOC gals before their session. Legs don’t really seem to have felt the weekend, but just taking this week easy to make sure and consolidate a reasonable block of training.
