Max recovery, so stretches, balance work, can tell that i've not done the plyo stuff over last two weeks as found the session hard, albeit i'll be tired from the workout yesterday for sure.

I hr run with Ricardo, steady put slightly faster than I 'd have gone alone today as calves were feeling it, (probably the 200kg weights I was lifting with them yesterday).

Abs workout, 'insanity' can tell that i've not done any insanity over the last two weeks as felt hard this morning and this abs session. Will complete the last month again to get me ready for stepping it up again however will swap the abs sessions with the harder session and put in the sport workout for one of the other sessions.
