So called sprint race with birds eye distance of 5.2 km. It was a pity that the artificial lakes were empty (they were cleaning them) so the organisers allowed to cross them due to fair play. Running was quite tough in the fields. I was running faster in the first half and then I slowed down because I knew it's not smart to push after just 12 days of training. I still won the race. Course planning was really bad, but I still enjoyed it!

First fartlek training in 2019. I have to build the speed step by step after the surgery. Mentally was quite tough because I was running all alone.
The plan is for me to be the last leg on the marathon relay in Skopje, so I decided to start my training at the same time as we plan my start time to be. Really windy and sunny!
This training is behind me and I am already looking forward to the intervals next Friday on a real athletic track in Belgium.
