CompassSport Cup Heats
I ran today but should not have gone at all. Only reason I did was it was an interclass challenge race. I still felt pretty rubbish and my run wasn't great as a result. So much so that I wasn't good enough to contribute to my club score (only the top four results four the club counted).

I wasn't feeling the best heading out to the race and, in hindsight, shouldn't have gone. The fact that the map scale was non-standard didn't help things, but it did explain why it was taking longer than usual to cover ground across the map.
