Orienteering course race 2:00:00 [3] 5.0 mi (24:00 / mi)

Did the Intermediate course at the CVOC meet. Was doing fine, a little tired from my run the day before. Made a bearing mistake on my way to the 9th point, and never recovered. Didn't complete the course.

First longer run in the heat.
Also, never eat a donut an hour before running...even if it IS national donut day. Results may vary...

45 min on elliptical using the Glutekicker program. 5 min on stair master.
Looking forward to racing on Saturday!

Was storming today, so had to go to the gym. Used elliptical for 33 minutes. Used the 10k program, got as far as I could in the 30 min I had.
