Did a light version of Friday's workout. The lunges are killing me right now, I'll have to get stronger on those. Hack squats felt good but I had to cut them short so as not to pull a muscle. I'll be hitting legs harder in the future.

Tuesday lift. This is my first lift in a long, long time. I am very out of shape. I only did 1 1/2 sets of squats. I'm hoping to start lifting regularly again, and no more fast foods or sugar soda. This is going to be a long process.
