Completed all reps for squats, was a little sluggish on lunges but still got in a good workout. Next time I'll hit the lunges harder.

Monday calisthenics. My muscles are weaker but it felt good. My chest was the weakest link. It will get better.

First time doing core workout in a long time. It felt really good but my abs are weak and need strengthening. My back feels really alive after doing wide grip chins and rows.
