A miraculous weather window, cos it was bloody awful all day!! Run from lodge, out past Ryvoan Bothy, which looked supercool at dusk with the fire going. Waded through a few huge puddles and headed into Abernethy forest. Blowing a hoolie but stunning.

A run around the Findhorn night O course, in daylight :-D, without compass, with Jane and Nikki. Good wee leg stretch, fed up with the wind though! Left heel still pretty sore.

First mile steady then picking it up for the rest. Seriously windy but managed to find the odd pocket of shelter. Greasy in places, main tracks and some of the rougher ones. Pleased with this, almost felt good! :-)
