Unlike yesterday, views aplenty and zero map skills required!! Passed a fair few hikers on the up, tried to run as much as I could on the down. Right knee grumbling now. Rest day tmrw!! Fab fab weekend though :-D

Sadly the weather was moving slower than we hoped, so instead of stunning views, I got an epic in micro nav!! Was the only person up there, so quite spooky at times, and the thick mist/fog made you feel almost seasick! Got rather disorientated at the same spot on the way out and back. I'll readily confess I double-checked my nav against my OS app a couple times Navigation was actually spot on but it's always scary to realise how easy it is to get disorientated!!
Some pretty epic sized peat hags up there.
Definitely a Munro you work hard to gain!

Anyway, cycle to the phoenix shop at the foundation, with Scarlett, for some supplies + coffee & cake!!

Harriers session. The Facebook page said 40 minutes, 30 was enough for me! Could have hung in there, but form was going and I was losing the love!! Ran a loop of Cluny Hill as a cool down. Pleased after yesterday when my legs were mush!!

Easy trundle in Culbin First bit with eldest, on his second week of couch 2 5km. Half way through I peeled off and headed to Meerkat dunes. I should have stayed with the boy tbh, legs really tired after yesterday. I knew it was tough yesterday, but thought I was being a bit dramatic, my legs say not!! Glorious day again, so lovely in the forest tonight
