Easy paced run up the Dava with some MRR and some of the Harrier wifies. Legs ticking over nicely, occasional right knee twang (need to get right hip loosened off I think) and glutes know about yesterday but felt fine. A good weeks training I think

Adventurous trip up the hill from ski centre. Drifting snow obliterating path from about 2kms in. Much falling into snow drifts and no visability! For very pissed off with the snow drifts and conceded defeat. Descended and headed towards Lurchers Crag. Fun scrambling to snow covered boulders, although wary of losing an ankle between hidden boulders reward being the most stunning vista. Locked way back down carefully. Icy on the last bit.

Harriers Town run. Been a while since I've done one, definitely before Ring of Steall. Time to relocate some speed!
Felt heavy legged but managed to just about talk to Colin throughout!! Knee twanging a bit but bearable!

A feeble excuse at a leg stretch afterwards!

The bit the Garmin missed. Slowed by having to avoid loads of dogs!

Steady muddy ramble through woods, up the Dava and a bit of road. Garmin went to sleep. Right knee a bit odd but not hurting, just a strange prickling sensation below knee cap. Oh well, while it doesn't hurt I'll ignore!
