Ben Macdui from Sugarbowl car park. Ran through C Gap, across boulder field then a direct line up to just before the final path to summit. Pretty busy on top so don’t hang around.
Rock running skills are very rusty and a bit rubbish, and then I stacked it because I was pointing things out rather than looking where I was going!!
A fantastic day, great catching up with Sarah S.
I felt per rubbish though, breathing laboured, legs with no go in them and ankles/heels so sore. Just got on and ignored but it’sa bit depressing really!! :-/
