Long run. Not very long but it happened and that was a good start!! Body was fairly willing but brain in a dark fug and heels just got really sore. Beautiful on the beach at Buckie Loch. A few stretches Full on into the wind but avoided the worst really. Good to get it done but not really a confidence boosting run!

MOR Saturday league. Roseisle.
Sunny and avoiding worst of the wind!
Really enjoyed. Tried to practice simplifying and not looking at map so much - has a few legs where this worked, fair bit of dithering but overall a good effort - for me anyway!!

A vague effort at a back 2back run, felt a lot more comfortable than the day before! Lovely day although a fair headwind blowing on the way back.
