Short long run with Liz B. Coastal path was a good call. While the rest of the wifies slithered in snow inland, we escaped. Should have had a bigger breakfast, was starving by 8 miles, Audible rumbling!! Forest tracks and some fun single track and a bit of terrain.

Trail running. Surprisingly ok. Worst of the slippery trails near the car park, much better further in with just soft snow and no ice. Got off the beaten track into the forest and no snow in there. Just made it all up. Tired but good for the soul.
Definitely a rest day tmrw ... i think ... :-) ... 64 days continuous running. Never ever done that before and definitely feel stronger for it, but need to mix it up a bit When the snow finally goes! so might need to ditch some of the plodding in exchange for some quality, I’ll call the plodding Endurance Base Building though :-) ... obviously it remains to be seen if i can resist the call of my shoes tomorrow!!
