A not quite so long run with Liz B. Rubbish nights sleep so felt pretty ropey but such a gorgeous day and guaranteed good company. Darnaway again, just love running through here

The body was creaking and probably didn’t need this, but the brain did, although solo miles were a bit tedious. So it wasn’t very pretty but it was lovely in the warm sunshine. :-)

Oh boy did i need this tonight!
Pushing my luck not taking the head torch but just about ok.
From Jons, down to Binsness to head into forest. Lovely piece of single track before rejoining another main track. Back along road to finish.
Pleased legs turned over well enough after sunday

Running 3:32 [3] 0.4 mi (8:47 / mi)

Just a wee leg turner on the bike at the end of the day. Needed to escape house and it’s fellow occupants! Sadly the youngest has left MY bike lights on her bike at her dads!! So came back before i got run down by nutter motorists in the fading light.
I do like my bike though :-)
