Longer creaky run up the Dava from the Edinkillie church. Heels were having none of it and it felt like i was running with someone else’s legs!!
Up onto the moor track at Dava. Knew i didn’t have it in me to get up to the Loch so turned round and went back the same way.
Lovely views of the ‘Gorms and the sun appeared too. Saw snow drops.
Proper therapy despite the state of the body!!
Found a way down to the Divie on the way back and spotted another wee trail to explore at some point :-D

One more week of home learning hell for the youngest and then in so praying for a return to a bit of normality after Easter. This week has been especially wearisome!!

Harriers club run - yay! First one of 2021. Pleased legs worked as has been feeling distinctly below par earlier in week. Fell off the back as we hit km 8 and could feel myself working harder but it felt manageable. Good session and a stunning Sunset.

Ended up at the computer far later than planned so not out with enough light for plan a) but that was fine. Tbh today everything felt a bit much, and adulting was taking all my energies. So a lovely plod with a stunning sunset was actually perfect. And very pleased with my Hoka Mach 4s - tax rebate thank you very much :-D

Efforts at 9.00am. Who thought that was a good idea? But seems such a good idea to get it done for the day! Body definitely thought otherwise, or perhaps I am as weary as my Garmin suggested :-D
Kenyan Hills, felt warmed up by the time we finished :-D

Garmin said 'unproductive'!!! And suggested I need to rest and pay attention to diet and stress.

Anyway, job done, whether it did any good or not it was SO fab to see other people to offset the frankly now rather depressed youngest teen :-(
