i went for a ride around the resy at good pace.

did somr boxing, skipping, chinups and cruchies.

Tuesday Dec 5

me and mum wenty for a ride out the juve. hot and windy.

did 5 k at the track in the heat. felt ok till 3k to go when i had to go to the toilet so this is an unoffical time i actually took me 1950, jonny marr was winning and i was with him.

bit of a mixture with riding to the event aswell as spome streching and did 1600m warm up/down

Monday Dec 4

rob fell, morty, leon, jim, mum and i went to mt korong for some orienteerign training.jim and morty put the tapes out and the rest of us did the course.
ran the m21E course of the middle dist champs in easter. had to cut it short due to the private prop. was pretty hot running but had a good run.

we then travelled to kooyoora and did a short course set by toph. did it quite slow so i could do good control flow. not really running hard but was awesome.

me and morty went down to do the coburg classic, just a race on bike paths, was good fun, won easily.
