Last run before Half marathon...went from home through ANU to the museum and back through civic. Nice to run in the daytime! But my feet hurt like hell. Also i ate too much Nestle Mud Truffle chocolate right before i started. When will I learn not to do this?

Easy run from BG with the girlzzz, felt like a cripple.

Run from Braddon Gardens around Lake BG (clockwise bridge to bridge) with Catherine and Grant. It was very pleasant...(raining and cold). Feeling better after eating lots more Codral. Bought a 96 pack of Ibuprofen today, hopefully that will last a while.
