| In anticipation of GOLD to Hanny at woc, I took a M.H day to celebrate her victory and also to re-energise myself for the long final...
Therefore I could attend a lunch time pumporama class today. Only 45minutes for these, and the only thing I could see different was lunges and abs were missing...nothing wrong with that! |

| Was half an hour late due to peer pressure of staying at the yellow sub and watching the woc sprint qualification...So missed the stretching and most run thrus.
Intervals were VW's with an extra 'zig'

| Cockies Training/Course out at Glen Burn. Today I felt good running, but couldn't navigate (even worse than usual)...only got 10 out of 24 controls cleanly...the rest I was running around hoping they would pop up from behind trees (they only did once)and I also exited controls in the complete wrong direction about 5 times, which was funny. At least no massive mistakes! |
