2 hard laps of Blackie on the roadie...dont know what is supposed to be most efficient, but I am outta my seat pretty much the whole way...when i sit down i get a bit lazy

From bottom of Blackie with Chez and Kate - just a slow jog around Black Mt Penninsula and back to the bikes
Swimming 20:00 [3]
20 laps of Dicko pool...very hopeless, lots of old ladies passed me doing breast stroke and they didnt even get their hair wet. Felt like it took hours, but I'll only count 20 minutes because i was so crap. I was even wearing flippers

15min abs class then 1 hour pump. Was with my favourite instructor Heidi tonight, and I haven't been to a Monday night class for months so it was fun. Where were you Fel?

shoes: NB - really wide comfy ones
Run from the dirt car park in Hackett with Anna and Jo (and Grant McD for the first bit)...on the triple tri track up to top of Majura, through the pines, over Hacket Hill, up Ainslie and back on the loop track to the car park.
Yummy mango smoothie at Deli Marco afterwards but the cinnamon toast was a bit dry (esp after i drank the smoothie in less than a minute)
