Wednesday Jan 30

Gym 45:00 [3]
RPM at 6.15am, blah, i was still asleep when i got there. Had to go the the gym because my month pass runs out soon and i feel like i haven't got my money's worth
Orienteering 44:00 [3]
Wo wo...Goorooyaroo. Thistles, grass seeds = pain in the feet and shins. Not only did I ignore reminders to wear gaiters, i didnt even wear long o-pants or socks. Silly me, as it was quite painful running through fields of thistles. Tried to orienteer but I really just ran in the general direction of the control hoping to see the flag, not the most efficient method. Didn't feel like I could get out of a jog either...struggle town. All in all, glad i went, but glad to go home.

Tuesday Jan 29

Running 52:57 [3]
Last day of holidays!!!!!
Run into the MF to set up my desk and classroom ready for action. Was getting a bit warm..
C • Every day 4
Running 57:17 [3]
Run home from school, it was very hot and i was stuffed at the end...which therefore meant that i piked on cross country, YAY!

Monday Jan 28

Running 33:57 [3]
Closest i have come to not running this year...Didn't get out until after Top Model (8.30pm for those not in the know), but Grant came with me as i'm a bit of a scaredycat in the dark. Just jogged around the streets of O'Connor and Turner

Sunday Jan 27

Running 1:38:00 [3]
Went for a jog with Grant up at Hanging Mountain...was going to check out control 40 on top of what looked like mt everest, but the 'track' was pretty much non-existent and it was way way way too steep and thick to run, so after bush bashing for 40 minutes we got back to the track we had come from and headed down along the road to see some more teams riding up the mountain, some of them taking 9 hours to do this bike leg...yes, they looked completely stuffed.
