Running 36:36 [3]
Solo jog up David St, through CSIRO and onto the Little Blackie Loop Track near the substation. Was thinking how's the serenity, when I saw a random man standing on the track ahead, so I freaked out and bolted off in the other direction back down to the streets
C • I think you might have seen... 2
Riding 1:05:00 [3]
Donned the MTB gear for my first ride in several months on Grace's bike. Met Ria, Pete and their friend for a ride through Bruce Ridge, I was hopeless and barged a tree within 5 mins. I think I like the idea of mountain biking more than actually riding
Note
Got Random breath tested (while driving, not riding) on Ginninderra Drive ... Grant conducted 87 RBTs today, but luckily not at that spot!

Friday Jul 18

Running 30:15 [3]
Longest run in a week! Anti-inflams working a treat... Able to jog pretty comfortably, though once again, feeling it towards the end. With Grant to Dicko, Southwell ovals and home

Thursday Jul 17

Running 21:56 [3]
Jog up and down David St...For the first time in a couple of weeks, it was bearable! Not great, but better. Getting painful and numb/dead leg towards the end though
C • Don't give up 5

Wednesday Jul 16

Running 20:01 [3]
A lovely midday jog with ALJ, Max, Cathy and Luca around the streets of Hackett. All of us had forgotten our watches but Cathy assured me it was more than 20 minutes (could have been 30, but I'm logging it just over the challenge requirement so it's not cheating). Hammy crap but the pace wasn't too fast thanks to two prams.

Tuesday Jul 15

Running 22:30 [3]
Jog to OConnor ovals and jogged around them for a while. Tried to do a few bigger strides but it hurt too much
C • is it..... 2

Monday Jul 14

Running 21:41 [3]
The maestro CH worked on stupid leg this morning, so I was really looking forward to the jog. Felt bouncy for first few minutes possibly due to:
a) It was beautiful weather and i was wearing shorts and t shirt (and gloves)
b) My leg/back had had an hour of massage
c) I'd seen the woc sprint map and photos and it looked fun
d) I'd eaten a lot of koolmints

But anyway, after about 5 mins it was hard going, and not so enjoyable after all

Sunday Jul 13

Running 23:00 [3]
Started the long run with the cockies but turned around just after 20mins and walked/jogged back to base. I saw a jambulance.
