Note

Tried to go for a run but my Achilles/ankles/shooting pain up my calves were so sore I gave up after a few minutes and went for a walk around Aranda hill instead. Realised some hi-tops I bought a few months ago might be causing or contributing to my sore feet so am not going to wear them for a while and see what happens..

Grant had an RDO so I went to the mid week event at Bruce ridge. Ok for the first half then fairly wayward... Lost a couple of minutes on #8 I think - should have been looking at the contours not the myriad of mtb tracks! Feeling pretty unco in the bush still
