Totally unsure how my time was 11:25... I'm reporting what is on my watch but I ran basically the whole way with Jett, Ed, and John and they all recorded times that were faster than mine. But I know my start and stop points, so consistency will be key for the follow-up run.
Good mix of cardio and muscular endurance. Stairways to heaven, burpees, lunges, pullups, rope climb, medicine ball lap, plus a solid ab workout at the end. Tagged on some IOCT work at the end.
