RUN 2--Run/hike with Alan and Tom at Patapsco. Alan and I ran together and ended up walking most of the time. It was humid, and we were still tired from the Bagel Run.

RUN 1--Bagel Run in Columbia with Alan and Tom. Group run with the Howard County Striders. I promised Alan I would run the whole 10 miles without walking, so I did. He didn't really believe that I could run 10 miles without walk breaks. What a loser! lol! He ran the last few miles with me and let me walk up the really steep short hills at the end. My paces for the first 4-5 miles was in the 9s and 10s. After that the wheels came off and my legs were dead. I'm sure I was still tired from Laurel Highlands 50k.

RUN 3--Run on local trails with Niki. This was a run to test out the legs, so I took it as it came. Ended up that I felt pretty good. I felt my legs from the race, but that didn't stop me from running. The weather was perfect--dry and 80 degrees.
