Running 30:00 [3]
woke up with a headache. I assumed that this was because the adrenaline I had been living on in the last days was now gone, so I had to go for a short run, joining all the hobby joggers in Chäferberg. Felt bad.
Cycling 45:00 [3]13 km (3:28 / km) +600m 2:49 / km
Locarno-Mergoscia on the bike.

Note
Submitted the paper today, now lets hope it gets accepted, that would be one step closer to fame and honor ;-). It was once again tough work in the last two months, and especially the last few weeks, 70-80hrs per week in front of the computer. I'm really not (yes, REALLY not!) planning to do this for the next years, but for now that's what needs to be done. I still believe that hard work will always pay off at some point.
Anyway, I'm quite happy with the paper, results are cool and there's some nice math in there, real geeky ;-) And I didn't think I would ever have a paper with lemmas and proofs in it:-) Math can actually be fun if you start to understand it...
I've come back stronger than ever in research, and I think this was really needed after the past year. Could I come back stronger than ever in orienteering as well? ;-)

Strength 30:00 [3]
upper body. It's amazing what kind of magic some exercise can do to the mind...
