Intervals 6x4' with Flurin and Mätthu, who did 7 reps, while we skipped the 4th. It's amazing what a difference some longer rest in between can make. Got completely trashed in the first half, while in the second, Flurin could almost keep The Boss' speed and I also didn't lose that much. Quite painful training after focussing on regeneration in the past weeks...

run with the guys, Fos, Bio, Maetthu, Flurin. Still feeling heavy uphill, otherwise fine.

Went to Bierhalle with dolph afterwards to replenish with a JumboJumbo Cordon Bleu ;-)
