| Intervals 6x4' with Flurin and Mätthu, who did 7 reps, while we skipped the 4th. It's amazing what a difference some longer rest in between can make. Got completely trashed in the first half, while in the second, Flurin could almost keep The Boss' speed and I also didn't lose that much. Quite painful training after focussing on regeneration in the past weeks... |
