Orienteering Competition 1:05:00 [5]
Thuner 3-Tage-OL, Day 3. Aeschlenalp. Again really cool orienteering, rough but also very beautiful terrain, interesting orienteering. Running hasn't felt so smooth in a long time. Except messing up some of the route choices and losing a lot of time there, good race, although I couldn't match lucky luke's speed.

Orienteering Competition 16:00 [5]
Thuner 3-Tage OL, Day 2. City Sprint in Thun. Really cool stuff!! I just love running through those old towns! Especially in this nice weather and with a view of the whole Jungfrau Massiv.
Technically fine, good race.

Orienteering Competition 43:00 [5]
Thuner 3-Tage OL, Day 1. Very nice woods, although very easy orienteering and hard to make mistakes. Couldn't push the engine, running felt solala. Surprised that I didn't lose more than 2min to Fos.
Running 30:00 [2]

Tuesday Jul 3

Running 45:00 [3]
run. Felt bad, no power, also not motivated. I don't seem to like Tuesdays...
Running Intervall 15:00 [5]
thinking of an adaptation of luke's motto, "train hard if you don't want to train much", I did two sets of jumps and sprints to bring speed into the legs, for which the time has come now. Felt ok, I just like this kind of training. It's super high quality without much pain ;-)
