No pain. (pain scale 1-5, 0-1)

Run 8:40 [2]

Pressure on some bigger areas but nothing bad ( 1,5-2 .
After 7 minutes and 40 seconds it hurt a little more ( 3 ) so I walked for 20 sec and then continued for 1 min without pain.

Soon i'll start doing the Balance 2 times a day and maybe start increasing the running time.

To hospital and back. I walked slowly becuase it hurt if I walked faster. So no pain as long as I walked slow.

Walk to climbing. No pain.

Climbing and core. Felt tierd and got a blister on my left hand so went up to do some core instead.
Tried a difficult problem and I must have done something strange with my right foot. I don't think it have ever hurt that bad, ever. Can't really describe how much it hurt, but it only last for like 15 sec. I took it easy for a couple of minutes and couldn't feel it anymore. Did some easier climbing and then as I said I went up for core training.

Hurt on the inside of my right foot (pain scale 1-5, 5+)

Made a campfire and forgot about the time. But I didin't have any pain so then I don't think it's bad.

No pain. Some pressure during like 1 minute but nothing bad (pain scale 1-5, 1)

Walked pretty fast and almost no pain (painscale 1-5, 1).

Slow walk to the climbing gym and back. No pain to the gym but after half my way home I had some anoing pain (pain scale 1-5, 4) and I had to walk really slow. The pain was in the "fotvalv" and i've had pain there before.

Climbing.
I'll start doing some core training after my climbing session. That will help my climbing and running.

Had some pressure on the outside and inside of my left foot. Outside of right foot as well. This lasted for about 2 minutes and I decided that it wasen't bad pain and kept on running. (pain scale 1-5, 2)

Slow walk at Farsta näset. Had some pain the first 5 minutes before I got warm. ( scale 1-5, 3 ) But then I had no pain and could walk without any problems.

Climbing

Took it slow and stoped for about 1 minute 2 times becuase I had some pain.
The pain was a 3 on a scale from 1-5. 1 is pain when I almost dosen't feel it at all and still can run and walk anyway. 5 is almost unable to walk at all.
The walk was to the climbing gym and back. The climbing made my feets feel much better and I had no pain on my way back.
