Note

Heel is not feeling any better today. If I walk normal on it it's a 3 but I'm trying to not put that much weight on it.
2 PM

Walk 50:00 [1]

A 30 min walk in deep snow and taking down some snow from the roof. Heel doesn't feel bad while moving but when I sit still.
8 PM

Run 15:00 [1]

Slow run. 1-2 sometimes but felt good. Heel have felt better after the walk.
10 PM

Flexibility/balance 12:00 [1]

Wednesday Mar 2, 2016 #

Note

Pain under the left heel. I've felt it all day so I haven't done that much. The pain is a 2 on a scale from 1 to 5. Sometimes it's a one but mostly a 2. Let's see how I feel tomorrow.
4 PM

Walk 10:00 [1]

Just preparing for dog sledding and fixing a couple of things. Left foot hurt so taking it easy (1-2).

2 PM

Walk 40:00 [1]

Went for a walk in the forest. Slow walk because it was hip deep snow.
No pain
8 PM

Run 15:00 [2]

No pain while running. Some pressure when I walked (1).

11 AM

Run 15:00 [2]

Hurt a little during the last interval. But nothing worse than 1,5.
2 PM

Walk 2:00:00 [1]

Walking around in kiruna and dogsledding. A lot of walking, tierd in my feets.
10 PM

Flexibility/balance 12:00 [1]

Sunday Feb 28, 2016 #

Note

Less "hes" today but a little more snotty. I'll try to rest more and get to bed early today. Feeling pretty good, a little bit tierd but nothing more.
2 PM

Walk 1:00:00 [1]

Dogsledding. That's not a walk but you fix pretty much before and after. Which means a lot of walking. + When you stand on the sled you have to kick or run in the uphills to help the dogs. I stood on the sled for about 30 minutes.
10 PM

Flexibility/balance 12:00 [1]

Forgot to do it yesterday. We were really tierd and had to make the cabin warm before we went to bed. So just forgot about it.

Saturday Feb 27, 2016 #

Note
(sick)

I'm "hes" and a little snotty.
1 PM

Walk 1:30:00 [1]

Taking down the snow from the roofs. I put it as walk because you walked around quite much. Think we worked for 4 hours.
No pain

4 PM

Walk 50:00 [1]

Walking to the subway and around at t-centralen. I counted it to a good 50 min with a heavy duffelbag on my back.
10 PM

Flexibility/balance 12:00 [1]

At the train. Didn't do as I usually do, I just stood on the "balansplatta" for 2 min 1 min rest x3. I usually do an exercise called "the clock" but the train turned and vibrated and that was enough to make it hard for me to keep balance. Then I stood on one leg without throwing anything.
