Yesterday sucked. I cycled, I climbed and walked. But did not run and forgot the balance.... That's really bad... Will not happend again.

Walked the first 8 controls and ran the other 9. It was up on Högdalstoppen which made the run a little bit longer than I expected... But it didin't hurt so I think it's fine.
Not feeling too bad but i'm really snotty and I got some kind of cold for sure. Skipped the running session today, don't wanna make it worse. Think i'll be able to run on Wednesday.
