mountain biking 3:46:00 [3] 37.8 km (5:59 / km)

mt biking in waterval boven. awsome routes. a definite must to visit and explore. very chilled ride. enjoying scenery. did work on the hills.

trail running 2:40 [3] 13.0 km (12 / km)

exploring a new route. ran down hill and walked the up. very relaxed. elevation was more than 500 m. was running in teva slops. did not have my running shoes available. have a nasty open blister on left foot

paddling down steelpoort river in a two man raft. partner was Marianne. some of tbe more experienced guys went in plastics. Alard and Piers being two of them. a long day. continues grade one and two. a great way to end the year 2014

Swaziland. with Darren. pretty relaxed ride with a hard, none stop, steepish climb. heart rate definitely working hard. what a lakker ride. distance is a rough estimate and time.

scramble/hike 2:00:00 [3] 3.0 km (40:00 / km)

Swaziland. scramble up a 300 meter, granite rock face. working the calf muscle. what a fun day and area. loved it. With Alard and Darren

on road biking 2:26:00 [3] 41.0 km (3:34 / km)

ridding to boven. missed my turn and did extra km. not very amused with myself. good training on bike. on tar except last 5km which was on dirt rd. finished at 8pm. elevation was about 911 meters. record on strava.
