Scottish 6 days, day 5. Green course. Enjoyed running this without feeling like 'how am I comparing against my peers'. Just felt relaxed. Good mix of forest with mixed visibility and some open. Lost about a minute on 3 which was a short leg and although I didn't make a nav error, was perhaps too cautious going down a steep slope. Only one significant navigational error going to 10, where I drifted too far to the left and lost 2 mins. I knew I was doing so at the start of the keg but failed to correct enough. My main Garmin 620 came up with a HRmax of 190, which is not likely for an old man like me. HRmax taken from my wrist-based vivosmart instead.
