Scolty 5K 1. Trying to stay in my HR zone 2. Near the end of the run my HR monitor suddenly jumped from ~138 to 155 just like that, and after a couple of minutes suddenly dropped again from 158 to 128. Obviously wrong, seem to have been more frequent problems with it recently.

Scolty 5k 1. HR ridiculous at the very start -around 180. Then after 30 secs or so settled down to mid 130s. Must have been contacts? Garmin recovery is the time to leave before doing something as hard as the last run. When I started today it still had 22 hours to go, but I only did an easy run and it said 22 hours at the end.
