Pretty sure I've figured out the culprit of the calf issues. I have a pair of boots that I often wear to work, which have a very small heel (maybe 3/4"?). I Wore them a week ago Monday, and then again today, and felt tightness in the same exact spot. Bummer - I really like those boots.
