Note

Packed clothes today to sneak in a run before XC. Jumped in my car after my last class, drove two hours to practice, and then realized I didn't have a sports bra. Fail.

Thought about another late treadmill date tonight, but Z's whole class has a cold and my throat's a little scratchy, and I decided an extra hour of sleep would pay better dividends than a few extra intervals.

Early morning of RD-ing tomorrow.
