Bike - Roads (TrainerRoad) 1:00:00 [3] 13.36 mi (13.4 mph)
shoes: Giant NRS FS (Brucemobile)

Still wet and cold, and I don't have a 270 mile race in the snow this weekend like Britty does, so I stuck to the trainer.
8 PM

Strength 30:00 [3]

Strengthening those IT bands.

Bike - Roads (TrainerRoad) 1:00:00 [3] 14.2 mi (14.2 mph)
shoes: Giant NRS FS (Brucemobile)

Lovely slushy sleety mess today to kickstart April, so stuck to an after-dark trainer ride.

Note

Lots of neighborhood walks this weekend, as Zoe falls in love with her bike. Great way to stretch out the legs, and so fun to see her gaining confidence!

Bike - Roads 39:10 [3] 7.61 mi (11.7 mph) +118ft
shoes: Niner Air9 RDO

Too nice this afternoon not to be outside, so I got home from campus, unpacked my bike, and headed out for a light spin on the towpath. Everyone else in Philly seemed to have the same idea, so path was super clogged -- couldn't have gone faster if I wanted, but legs felt far less noodly than yesterday.

Bike - Roads (TrainerRoad) 30:00 [2] 6.23 mi (12.5 mph)
shoes: Giant NRS FS (Brucemobile)

EZ spin. Legs felt noodly and body felt a little flushed -- temperature regulation isn't completely reset yet.
10 AM

Body Work 1 [0]

Work on my right knee, plus some diagnostics on glute activation.
