Scavenger hunt at the zoo this evening. Power walked 3+ miles and may have jogged just a bit, too...

L foot has been sore for a few days, same place where I hit it when I missed a step and fell two months ago. X-ray then showed it clear, but I’m going to take a week off my feet and focus on bike in hopes of clearing up whatever’s going on.

First outside ride. Started out dropping into the park but decided potholes and gravel didn't sound so pleasant, so immediately climbed back out and did a loop through Roxborough on roads. A bit more elevation than I had planned when I set out - no issues in terms of incision, but legs and lungs need some work!
