Curious to test out running this morning. Here's what I did:

Mile 1 - walk
Mile 2 - .3 run/.7 walk
Mile 3 - .5 run/.5 walk
Mile 4 - run
Mile 5 - walk
Mile 6 - .7 run/.3 walk

Pace was quite measured. Felt solid the whole time - could have run more but decided to be conservative.
