Pedaling drills.

Every so often, usually when I twist the wrong way or lift something awkwardly, I get a deep cramp on my right side, right above my c-section scar. From Dr. Google (and talking to my own doc), it's a buildup of scar tissue around the incision; harmless, but pretty unpleasant. It came on today during one-legged pedal drills on the R side. Took most of the ride work itself out. Ugh.
