Woke up in the middle of the night with a sore throat - what I expect is the beginning of the daycare cold S has had the last couple days. I didn't feel bad today, but I decided to play it safe in hopes that it doesn't turn into anything more disruptive. So, pulled the main set out of today's longer workout and headed to the closest hill for a handful of hike up/run down repeats. A mix of ice/snow/pavement. More cars and people than I anticipated for such a cold day. HR monitor was partially impeded by my gloves, so data is inaccurate.
