Run intervals 40:00 intensity: (25:00 @1) + (10:00 @2) + (5:00 @4)

Argh! This was supposed to be 4 (or maybe 5) x 4 mins intervals at Round Lake. The 1st was was uneventful, if a bit slow. Then about 1 min into the 2nd one something happened in my calf, so I called it quits and walked/jogged back. It's not as bad as it has sometimes been, so will hopefully only be a few(?) days to recover.
