5 x 4 min intervals at Round Lake. No calf trouble this time, yay. Trails were a bit softer than usual due to all the rain and recently fallen leaves, but that was nice really.

Hammond Hill yellow + red trail loop. I can still feel the spot in my calf from Thurs but no pain (but also no sprinting).
