Balfour brown course. Stuttering going into controls as there were no kites and I wanted to make sure I was on the right feature.

Tape hanging on pannanic with EC and KC. I concentrated on keeping a straight line through the terrain on suitable legs and mannaged to spike 4/4 diagonally downhill legs.

Deeside Runners reps - 5 x 4min efforts with 2min recovery. Focusing on running form rather than flat out speed.
