| a sunday morning pete with fat rat. pretty decent westerly blowing so the first 45mins or so werent much fun. think we both had tired legs from yesterday arvo but still rode reasonably solid. It was awesome riding coming back along gunghalin drive with the tailwind. 50kph+ made it all worthwhile! | ||

was gonna do bakery bunch this morn but we ended up bailing cos roads still wet. id cracked the shits with study so decided to get black mt out of the way before meeting kez and ben at the sub. rode solid and was real happy with 12:05. still way early so rode round uni for a bit. Struggled early on majura but got it together a bit towards the end. Ainslie just hurt real bad. barely holding 10km/h after the mini saddle 2/3rds up. ouch. really good loop, should do it more often! legs feel pretty wasted now. | ||

felt OK running, lost about 30 secs on both 3 and 13 but not too shabby apart from that. biggest positive was i didnt notice my knee....well, that and the facial hair growth is going real good! gonna be a good beardvember | ||

| the knee really isnt 100% yet but i needed to do something and its been ages since some ints. if im going to do the amount of running in NZ im planning to i at least need to get my arse off the bike and into some running shoes!
1/2/3/2/3/2/1 on 50% recovery. survived the session pretty well. did start out more conservatively than i normally would tho. gorgeous evening. and pizzas at debacle with the canberra-kozzie crew from last weekend to top it off. | ||
